Marcia Fowler writes for children and adults. Her articles have appeared in Writer’s Digest, Adoptive Families, Organic Family Magazine, and The Bridge. She has a biography in an anthology, Women of the Ocean State: 25 Rhode Island Women You Should Know. Marcia has ghost written for Blogmutt, and was a regular blogger for KidoInfo, based in Rhode Island.

Marcia has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in education. She uses her experience as both a teacher and a mother to enhance her writing.

Marcia is a member of Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators and a member of a local Rhode Island writer’s group, the Story Spinners.
